Dallie founded EMP Educational Measurement Professionals in 2009 after having completed her Masters degree in Measurement, Evaluation and Research Methods at the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver. In 2014, she decided to take this project full time, and hasn't looked back since.

Assisting clients to use data and analysis results to inform policy and decision-making
Conducting research for in-house use and for peer-reviewed publication
